WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Dotted Background

I had a really fun time today. Staying at the STA house is relaxing and it allows you to slow down from busy life.

Nourishing food, gentle activities, it feels like home away from home.

This week I worked on an art project that I will give to my daughter.

Loved my stay.

I had the pleasure to stay at the house for two nights. It was very relaxing - just what I needed. I did craft, watched movies and went swimming. We had very healthy, tasty food.

I had sore shoulders so Helen took me for a massage which helped me relax. On the last day I got my toes and fingernails done which made me feel very special. The last night I went out for dinner with Helen, the food was yummy and I enjoyed myself. It was something I don't normally do.

Helen and Mick are always there to listen or chat. At night you have a very comfy bed and TV with Netflix, Stan and YouTube. I would highly recommend it to everyone. I am booking 3 or 4 nights next time.

Workshop feedback

Another lovely few hours with  some of my favourite people. Great atmosphere and surroundings. Very relaxed, great company. I made a start painting a chair in the breezy, covered outside area.

Nice lunch with table service individually. I look forward to my next visit.

My stay was wonderful and just what I needed to recharge my soul, swimming in the gorgeous pool, yummy dinner and right down to having a beautiful bedroom with lovely new bedding on the bed. All the furniturings are new and tailored to my disability. Helen and Mick were always making sure I never wanted for anything. I felt in a safe environment at all times which allowed me to relax and enjoy my visit.

I came home feeling much better. I had such a great time while I was there. I can't thank you enough for taking me in and really looking after me  and making me feel so relaxed and well supported. It was just what I needed.

I'll see you again soon.
